A master bedroom with a king size temperpedic matress and 38" TV and 2 guest rooms (two twin beds in one and a queen in the other.)with an queen size sofa bed in the living room. On the first floor there is two twin trundle beds to sleep four with a full bathroom. The house has 3 full bathrooms with a full kitchen, dining area, living room come with a 60" smart TV Sleeps 12 comfortably. Ceiling fans in each room. There is a roofed dock on the river in the backyard. Enjoy watching boats go by and manatees. Amenities include a gas grill, four kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard for you to have fun.

Summary: They say families only get together for wedding and funerals well that was the case for renting this unit. Our Dad passed at 96 years old and although everyone was there to mourn it was great to have a wonderful location to have many of us together. Our biggest complaint on this unit is the ground floor smelled of mold and its seems there are flooding issues with this location. On scale of 1-5 i would rate our stay at a 3 due to these conditions

Summary: A step back in time! It had been 50 years since my last visit to the Weeki Wachee River. As a Child, in the 60's, my parents owned a place on the Weeki Wachee River and I spent almost every weekend there. Other than a few dozen new homes, everything is the same. The water is still crystal clear, and the marine life is abundant. We rented a Pontoon boat, but spent a lot of time on the kayaks and canoe provided by this host. This property is close to the Gulf, so simply lounging on the covered dock and watching the parade of boats idle by, was entertainment enough! The home is super comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. CS from SW Florida.

Summary: Beautiful home and backyard. Also there is an upstairs screened in balcony to watch the manatees swim by. Great place!

Summary: We checked in on Memorial Day and the neighborhood was very alive with families/friends enjoying their holiday. Lots of people swimming and grilling...which provided a great vibe. We were alittle nervous about swimming until we saw all the people jumping in and having a great time. My son said "this is the best water I have ever been in!" The next day the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was well appointed and comfortable. Plenty of room throughout and it was clean. Greg was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the variety of kayaks and water toys (especially the water pad/lilly). The half mile paddle to the crystal blue waters was awesome. The other direction towards the gulf was nice too. We would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for having us!!

Summary: Fantastic property right on the river. The family and I had a blast playing board games that we brought at the dining room table, roasting marshmallows in the firepit outside, hanging out on the dock, eating dinner outside, and using the kayaks. The property was spacious - plenty of room for our family of four. Good sized kitchen for cooking. Large master bedroom with en suite bath on the main level. They provided kayaks, a two-person canoe,, paddles, paddleboards, and life jackets. We spent Memorial Day weekend at the property. Headed to Buccaneer Bay on Saturday (be sure to get there early - once it's full, they usually don't let more cars in) and Pine Island on Sunday (also, get there early - they only let the first 100 or so cars in). Water at Pine Island was nice and shallow and the sand was soft - great for the younger ones to wade around. We had fun hunting for little crabs and fish in the water. Tips on kayaking in the waterway: If you take a left from the dock, you can paddle up to Rogers Park and the Upper Deck restaurant. From there, if you keep going, you can paddle upstream into the Weeki Wachee river. Very pleasant paddle and the water is pretty clear - it winds along a lot of cute little cabins and riverfront houses. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The home is exactly how it is represented and Greg (the Host) is wonderful. The location of the home is on the river which is much more desirable than one of the canals. The neighbors on both sides are full time and very nice people. So no bachelor parties etc. We've stayed at this location twice and we'll be back next year.

Summary: The property was well represented. Everyone enjoyed our time here. We saw lots of manatee and snook. Nice casual, low key and diverse atmosphere. Greg was quick to communicate and seems like a very kind person. I’m sure if we had needed anything he would have made it happen. I hope I can come back again with my wife and kids next time.
